Electric Daisy Carnival is back and bigger than ever. Whether you’re navigating the grounds with the EDC 2026 map or still planning your weekend around set conflicts, this guide covers everything you need — from stage locations and artist schedules to what’s new at this landmark milestone edition. Read on for the most up-to-date details on both Las Vegas and Orlando.
What Is EDC and Why Is the EDC 2026 Map So Important?
Electric Daisy Carnival, produced by Insomniac Events, is one of the largest electronic music festivals in the world. With multiple stages spread across a massive venue, art installations, carnival rides, and thousands of fellow Headliners, having a solid grip on the EDC 2026 map is essential to making the most of your weekend. The festival grounds are enormous, and navigating between stages without a plan can mean missing your must-see sets.
For Las Vegas, the event takes place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway — a sprawling complex north of the Strip. The official map is available on the Insomniac app and the EDC Las Vegas website, and community-made simplified versions have also circulated online to help attendees find art cars, activation zones, VIP sections, carnival rides, and hidden pathways more efficiently.
The 2026 edition is especially significant: EDC Las Vegas is celebrating its 30th anniversary, marking three decades of dance music, art, and community under the electric sky. The theme for this milestone year is kineticJOURNEY, a concept reflecting the evolution of EDC and the global community it has built.
EDC Las Vegas 2026: Dates, Hours & Venue
EDC Las Vegas runs May 15–17 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Gates open at 5:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, with each night running until 5:30 AM. Will Call and Box Office services are not located at the Speedway — wristband pickup takes place at the World Market Center, 435 S Grand Central Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89106.
Box Office hours are as follows:
- Wednesday, May 13: 2 PM – 12 AM
- Thursday, May 14: 11 AM – 12 AM
- Friday, May 15: 10 AM – 3 AM
- Saturday, May 16: 2 PM – 2 AM
- Sunday, May 17: 2 PM – 2 AM
Transportation planning is crucial. The Las Vegas Motor Speedway sits 2–3 hours from the Strip during peak traffic, and Friday night congestion is typically the worst. Dedicated shuttle passes are available and use a route that bypasses the public gridlock on I-15 — strongly recommended.
EDC Las Vegas 2026 Stages: What the Map Shows
The EDC 2026 map for Las Vegas spans 17 stages — the most music areas in the festival’s history. Each stage has its own identity, genre focus, and visual production. Here’s what to know:
kineticFIELD — The iconic main stage and heart of the festival. Redesigned for the 30th anniversary under the kineticJOURNEY theme, it promises one of the most visually ambitious productions EDC has ever staged.
circuitGROUNDS — Known for its towering LED walls and plumes of fire, circuitGROUNDS delivers a 360-degree sensory experience fueled by hundreds of lasers.
cosmicMEADOW — A multi-genre stage that serves as the site of the EDC Opening Ceremony. Also hosts HARD-curated nights.
neonGARDEN — Factory 93’s domain, dedicated to deep house and techno with subliminal minimalism and immersive live art.
bassPOD — The home of the Bassrush massive, covering dubstep, bass house, drum & bass, and trap.
wasteLAND — Built for hard dance, hardcore, and hardstyle fans.
bionicJUNGLE — A newer stage focused on house and groove, hosted by underground collectives including Take It Outside and Beltran’s Beltools label.
quantumVALLEY and stereoBLOOM round out the lineup of stages, adding even more genre diversity to the map.
