Where to Buy Kings Island Tickets Online
The most reliable place to purchase admission is the official Kings Island website, operated through Six Flags.
Buying directly from the official ticket store allows visitors to select their preferred date, compare available ticket products, review current promotions, and check the terms of each offer before paying.
Before completing your purchase, check whether the ticket includes admission to Soak City Water Park, access to seasonal events, or any additional attractions you want to experience. Not every add-on or special event is automatically included with standard admission.
Kings Island Single-Day Tickets for 2026
A single-day ticket is a practical choice for families, tourists, and thrill-seekers who want to experience Kings Island without committing to a season pass.
The official ticket page currently advertises eligible daily admission starting at $49, with a higher regular listed price and online promotional savings. The final price depends on the selected date and available offer.
Standard park admission provides access to the park’s included attractions, subject to operating schedules, ride restrictions, and other park policies. Check the product details before purchasing if your visit includes special events or waterpark activities.
For the best value, compare several eligible dates before making a decision. Buying online also lets you review the available options in advance rather than relying on prices or availability at the entrance.
Kings Island Halloween Haunt Tickets
Halloween Haunt is one of Kings Island’s major seasonal attractions. It brings nighttime entertainment, haunted mazes, and Halloween-themed experiences to selected dates during the fall season.
The official ticket store lists Halloween Haunt bundles starting at $64. These packages combine park admission with access to haunted mazes, making them worth considering for visitors who want both rides and Halloween scares.
Before buying Halloween Haunt tickets, remember these important details:
- Check event dates: Halloween Haunt operates on selected dates rather than every day.
- Compare ticket bundles: Standard admission and Halloween Haunt packages may include different experiences.
- Review age suitability: Haunted attractions may contain intense scares and other content unsuitable for younger children.
- Consider Express access: An additional Express option may be available for guests who want to spend less time waiting in eligible haunted attraction lines.
Kings Island’s published 2026 calendar lists Halloween Haunt on Thursdays through Sundays from September 25 through October 31. Operating hours and event availability can vary by date, so check the official calendar before planning a visit.
Kings Island Season Pass Prices for 2027
If you expect to visit more than once, a season pass may offer better value than purchasing individual daily tickets.
The official website currently advertises the following 2027 pass prices:
| Season Pass | Advertised Price | Main Benefits |
|---|---|---|
| 2027 Silver Pass | $99 | Kings Island and Soak City admission, plus general parking |
| 2027 Gold Pass | $125 | Admission to participating Midwest Six Flags parks, plus general parking |
| 2027 Prestige Pass | $289 | Admission to participating Six Flags parks, preferred parking subject to availability, and additional benefits |
Prices are advertised promotional rates and may change. Processing fees and applicable taxes are additional.
The Silver Pass is designed for visitors who primarily want Kings Island access. The Gold Pass may appeal to travelers interested in visiting other participating Midwest parks. The Prestige Pass offers broader park access and additional benefits for frequent visitors.
Passholders should review the terms carefully, including eligible operating dates, parking provisions, waterpark access, and seasonal event restrictions.
How to Get Discount Kings Island Tickets
There are several ways to look for savings when purchasing Kings Island tickets.
1. Buy tickets online
Check the official website for date-specific prices and promotional admission offers. Online deals may be lower than the regular listed price, although fees can affect the final cost.
2. Compare a season pass with daily admission
If you plan multiple visits, compare the total cost of individual tickets with the price of a season pass. Include parking and any additional benefits you expect to use.
3. Check group admission
Kings Island offers group tickets for parties of 15–99 people, with advertised admission starting at $44 per person. Group packages may also include meal and drink options, and the official offer provides one free admission for every 15 purchases.
4. Check military and first responder offers
Eligible military personnel, veterans, first responders, and qualifying family members may be able to access special admission pricing. The official program requires online verification through ID.me, and the available offers can change.
5. Review special offers before checkout
Visit the official promotions page to check current ticket deals, pass offers, and other available savings. Read the eligibility rules and expiration dates carefully.
Is Parking Included With Kings Island Tickets?
Parking is an important part of the total cost of a Kings Island visit.
The park’s official parking page lists general parking at $35 and preferred parking at $45 for eligible 2026 visits, before applicable processing fees and taxes. Preferred parking provides spaces closer to the front gate, subject to availability and the published terms.
Standard daily admission should not be assumed to include parking. Some season passes, however, include general or preferred parking depending on the pass level.
To avoid unexpected expenses, add parking to your budget before purchasing tickets. If you are visiting several times, compare the parking benefits included with the available season passes.
Does a Kings Island Ticket Include Soak City Water Park?
Kings Island’s waterpark, Soak City, is a popular summer attraction. The official daily ticket listing should be checked for the specific admission product you intend to buy, particularly when comparing seasonal offers.
Some season passes explicitly include waterpark admission, but benefits differ by pass type and eligible park.
Because waterpark operations are seasonal, confirm both the operating calendar and the terms of your ticket before traveling. A ticket’s validity for Kings Island does not automatically mean every attraction or seasonal experience will be operating on your chosen day.
Best Time to Buy Kings Island Tickets
The best time to purchase tickets depends on your travel plans and the offers currently available.
For a single-day visit, compare the advertised prices for your preferred dates and purchase through the official website when you find an offer that fits your budget.
For a fall visit, check the Halloween Haunt calendar first. The park’s schedule can differ substantially between weekdays and weekends, and special-event admission may require a specific ticket package.
For families planning several visits in 2027, reviewing the available season passes early can help with budgeting. Compare the total price, parking benefits, admission dates, and restrictions rather than choosing a pass based only on its advertised discount.
