Among the breakout performers, Jacob Lofland and Michelle Randolph, who play Cooper and Ainsley Norris, are said to be earning between $130,000 and $180,000 per episode for season 3. Sam Elliott joined Landman as a series regular in season 2, while Andy Garcia was promoted to the main cast during the same season. Because both actors are newer additions, neither is included in this current round of renegotiations.
